Arlette Campa
Office Manager Brienz
Arlette Campa has been working as a notarial assistent and manager of our office in Brienz since 2009.
She spent a language stay in Neuchâtel and completed her training as a notarial assistant in 1983.
Arlette Campa has many years of experience in all notarial areas and administrative matters.
Corina Fuhrer
Corina Fuhrer advises and represents clients in the areas of our law firm.
She specializes in public law with a particular focus on issues of migration law, constitutional law and public procedural law. Another focus of her work lies in criminal law.
Corina studied law at the University of Zurich, where she earned her doctorate in 2018 for her thesis in cantonal constitutional law.
Prior to joining Glatthard, she worked as a scientific assistant at the Centre for Democracy Studies Aarau, at a leading law firm in Zurich and as a law clerk at the Federal Administrative Court.
Adrian Glatthard
Adrian Glatthard is an attorney at law and notary public (senior partner). For more than 35 years, he has been advising his clients on matrimonial and inheritance law, property law and commercial law, on corporate and real estate transactions, including legal issues relating to agricultural land law, and has been developing solutions for property and tax law issues with a national and international dimension (estates, relocation of persons and companies, etc.).
Adrian Glatthard is a member of various foundation boards and boards of directors. He has been a part-time expert judge at the Bernese Tax Court (Tax Appeals Commission of the Canton of Bern) for 25 years.
He studied at the University of Bern and is interested in literature, music and sports.
His current favourite quote: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.” (Albert Einstein; 1879 - 1955).
Melchior Glatthard
He supports companies and private clients as a notary public and attorney at law. He specialises in particular in real estate transactions, inheritance law and corporate law advice and structuring.
Before joining Glatthard, Melchior did his doctorate, published and taught at the University of Bern.
Melchior grew up with his three brothers in Brienz and studied at the Universities of Bern (Bachelor and Master of Law) and Paris Descartes (Erasmus).
In addition, Melchior is a multiple European rhetoric champion and works as a speaker, spokesperson and rhetoric coach at the University of Bern as well as for national and international companies.
Melchior Glatthard is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Glatthard.
Niklaus Glatthard
Niklaus Glatthard advises and represents companies and private clients with a particular focus on all matters relating to corporate and commercial law, national and international contract law and inheritance law.
Before joining Glatthard, Nik worked for leading Swiss law firms. In addition to his entrepreneurial thinking, Nik is also distinguished by his experience with Asian clients and recently in the area of Web3.
Nik grew up in Brienz and studied at the Universities of Bern (Bachelor of Law), Zurich (Master of Law) and Hong Kong (LL.M.).
Tamara Köhler
Tamara Köhler is a trainee lawyer at Glatthard.
Tamara studied law and economics (B.A. in Law and Economics) at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and subsequently completed her Master of Law at the University of Bern (Master of Law).
After completing her legal internship at the Prefecture’s Office of Obersimmental-Saanen, Tamara worked as a legal research assistant at the Swiss Council for Accident Prevention (BFU). Tamara is now completing her internship at Glatthard in preparation for the bar exam.
In her leisure time, Tamara can often be found in nature, whether climbing or mountaineering or on horseback in the forest.
Dominic Ley
Dominic Ley advises and represents private clients and legal entities in the areas of civil, public and criminal law. He is particularly interested in national and international civil procedure law as well as contract law.
Before joining Glatthard, Dominic worked for leading Swiss law firms in Bern and Zurich as well as at a regional court in Bern.
Dominic grew up in Brienz before completing his legal studies in Bern and Hong Kong.
In addition to his work, Dominic is a volunteer legal representative in the field of asylum law.
Karin Lobsiger
Karin Lobsiger-Bläuer is a qualified commercial clerk (EFZ) in the notarial profession and has many years of experience in all areas of notarial work.
She has been a member of the team since 2010 and works 80% of the time.
Rebecca Pfister
Office Manager Interlaken
Rebecca Pfister advises her clients in all notarial matters. Her main focus is on finding pragmatic solutions for her clients’ challenges.
She completed her legal studies at the University of Bern and, after various traineeships, obtained her notarial licence in the Canton of Bern.
Rebecca is committed to animal protection. She is currently vice-president of the Animal Welfare Association of Niedersimmental.
Yvonne Pfister
Yvonne Pfister works as an attorney at law. She advises and represents individuals and companies in the areas of civil and public law. She is particularly interested in Bernese administrative law, especially public construction law.
Yvonne completed her legal studies at the University of Bern. She works part-time in her parents’ heating and plumbing business and is involved in voluntary work in her local community in her spare time.
Melchior Schläppi
Melchior Schläppi works as an attorney at law and notary public.
He advises his clients on all aspects of notarial work (real estate, inheritance law and corporate law). As an attorney, his main focus is on private and public construction law as well as all areas of law related to the notarial services.
Having grown up in Guttannen, he also goes by the name Menk. Menk studied at the Universities of Bern and Sheffield / UK. As an enthusiastic mountaineer, he is a volunteer for the Swiss Alpine Club (SAC). He is also chairman of the board of directors of a small energy company.
Barbara Stäger
Barbara Stäger has been working as a legal assistant for several years.
She supports the lawyers in organisational and administrative matters, as well as in many other areas.
As an all-rounder, Barbara Stäger supports the team in various additional matters, for example, she can often help with IT issues.
Sophie Stählin
Sophie Stählin is a partner at Glatthard advising and representing clients in the areas of criminal law, employment law and corporate law.
A particular focus of Sophie’s work lies in conflict and crisis situations at the interface of these areas of law. Such situations regularly arise in white-collar criminal cases and internal investigations.
As a further speciality, Sophie offers legal services for SMEs and start-ups in the sense of an outsourced legal department, with a particular focus on supporting fempreneurs.
Prior to joining Glatthard, Sophie worked in renowned Zurich law firms and in the legal department of a major Swiss bank.
Beatrice Werlen
Beatrice Werlen is active in all areas of notarial work.
She completed her training as a notarial assistant in the notary’s office of Oskar Linder in Meiringen and then worked in several notary’s offices and law firms.
Because she has always been fascinated by wood, Beatrice Werlen also turned her hobby into a profession and successfully completed her training as a wood turner. After that, she worked for a good 10 years in various professional organisations with the training of small trades and as a course instructor in the Ballenberg course centre.
Now that her children are older, she can devote more time to her working life again and has happily returned to the notarial services in January 2023 at Glatthard .
Christine von Bergen
Christine von Bergen already completed her professional training at the notary’s office Glatthard in Brienz.
After several positions with notaries in Thun, Bern and the surrounding area, she returned to the notary’s office Glatthard.
Christine von Bergen is mainly responsible for inheritance matters.
